The shipping fee is based on the total order amount, product weight, volume, and delivery address. The amount will show during check-out after entering your shipping address.

We estimate 3-5 days for production, and shipping time will depend on your location. Most orders arrive in about 10 days, excluding holidays.

Thank you for supporting an independent business. Our original products are made just for your order. Because of this, they are only returnable if there is a mistake or flaw in what you receive. In this case, we will promptly refund or replace the item in question.

• Let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include a detailed description and photos with your message, and indicate if you would prefer a replacement or refund.
• Refunds must be to the original form of payment.
• Please allow us 1 to 2 days (excluding holidays) to communicate with our printing vendor about the issue, especially if you would prefer a replacement.
• Replacements will be shipped with the same time estimate as the original order. Unfortunately we are not able to expedite replacements.
• We will make every effort to process a refund or initiate a replacement order within 24 hours, contingent upon availability of our printing partners and financial institutions.
